Your pet's health record
Vets ask the same questions every visit: how much does she weigh now, when was the last booster, what was the flea treatment called. This keeps all of it in one place, for as many pets as you like - weights with the trend worked out, every vaccination, worming, medication and visit with a date, and the next-due dates your vet gave you. Then print a single page to take with you, or leave with a sitter. Everything stays in this browser, on this device: no account, no upload, nothing sent anywhere.

Records
This is a filing cabinet, not a vet. It records what you and your vet have already decided and never sets a schedule of its own: vaccination, worming and parasite intervals differ by product, country, age and lifestyle, so the only next-due dates here are the ones you type in from your vet. A weight change it flags is a prompt to mention something at your next visit, not a diagnosis. For anything that worries you now, phone your vet rather than a web page. In an emergency, call your vet or the nearest emergency clinic first; the first-aid cards cover what to do while help is on the way.
Planning rather than recording? The puppy first-year planner lays out a first twelve months from a birth date, and the dog age calculator puts today in perspective. Worth knowing before it matters: what is toxic in the kitchen and which dangers belong to this time of year.
Local storage is not a backup. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or switching device or browser will not show these records. Export a copy now and then - and especially before you change phone.
